Tresha (in the office) had their guy come out and do an inspection for damage and write up a quote. They helped me out with the insurance and got the adjustor there in short order and even helped me upgrade to architectural shingles. Once approved, I was pleasantly surprised to find their crew working on my roof in a couple of days (they actually woke me up being on the roof). The crew supervisor, Juan, was extremely polite and professional and his crew worked tirelessly to finish the job in two days. Once finished, they retrieved any remaining trash, shingles and nails from the yard and replaced items they had to move away from the house while working. They were doing so well the first day, I treated them to a dozen and a half donuts! I was pleased to sign off on the work and Tresha followed up the next day to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. This job was done around the end of September and I STILL have their sign in my yard (Nov 9). With the experience I had, I would HIGHLY recommend Mark's Roofing Company for all your roofing needs. They are professional, courteous and make sure you are completely satisfied with the work they do.

So pleased with the service I received from Marks Roofing. When I called Mark for an estimate, he immediately came out and gave us a bid. After I had decided on a roof color, I called him on Monday. Despite being busy and a rainy season, materials were delivered on Tuesday and my roof was completed on Wednesday. Mark and his crew were great! Absolutely NO debris was left in the yard and my flower beds were untouched. I would highly recommend them!

Our church Has been working for a few weeks now with this company to get a new roof on our church, First United Methodist Church in Tiptonville. Mark Hale and the whole crew have been exceptional during this process. The church was under a new roof and all around the church was clean and ready for worship sunday morning. His group of roofers were courteous and hard working. Mike Uselton and Mark Hale have been informative and supportive of our questions and concerns during this process.
